Technical Overview of the Numenta Platform for Intelligent Computing
The Numenta Platform system architecture includes three main components: a runtime engine optimized for HTM network computations, a set of Python-based developer tools with an API to the runtime engine, and embedded learning algorithms including a Node Plugin API that allows replacement/extension of the learning algorithms as well as the creation of new node types.
